Tottenham Hotspur confirmed the signing of Bayer Leverkusen forward Heung-Min Son on Friday, adding extra firepower to Mauricio Pochettino's squad. The deal will set Spurs back £22 million, according to talkSPORT.

The South Korea international will certainly provide Pochettino with options. Son is capable of playing off the striker on either flank and, when required, at the point of the attack.

Stylistically, the 23-year-old is a skilful operator. He is a very intelligent player and is well adept at picking pockets of space between defences. In addition, he’s a willing worker, a dynamic threat and a player who boasts a thunderous shot from long range.

Son can now lend ample support to current starting centre-forward Harry Kane and add vital depth to plenty of different positions in the team.

It may take him a while to get fully accustomed to the brutal nature of the Premier League, but Son is no pushover and his technical flair should eventually shine through.
