Very friendly staff, made a scary procedure so much more tolerable! I hate blood, sharp stuff, all of that jazz, but they did a good job at making it less scary and more simple! They definitely made sure that nothing was too inconvenient

Dr. Rochelle Jacinto provides me an excellent discussions and informations related to my health issues and gives me very detailed means to control any of the concerned on my health. She is great provider of which I admire of her professionalism.

I wish they would have given me a bag of fluid since I was visibly dehydrated It would have helped with me getting better

Kind and caring

The dr charged me for asking a simple question about my hand and then proceeded to just say go to the orthopedic surgeon

We made a last minute appointment for my son who had hurt his arm at school and Dr. Jacinto knew what was going on almost immediately. Something I would have never been able to figure out. She's very gently and popped his elbow backed into place. She was so sweet and so good with my 4 year old and I'm so thankful that your office was right by his school. Thank you for your help.

Dr. Rochelle and the other staff were very nice. The treatment room was cold and the appointment took much longer than I expected. Overall it was very good.

Best clinic I've ever been to. I couldn't believe that you had separate waiting rooms for sick and well. it was a fabulous experience.

Dr Jacinto was kind to explain otherwise difficult health situations and treatment prescription. All questions asked were clearly answered to satisfaction. Diagnostic procedures were thoroughly explained well ahead of their being taken. The information filled on the health history forms were reviewed closely and with a sense of assurance.

Seem a little rushed and sometimes confused. and may be confused isn't the right word, but Seems Seems like she was thinking faster than what she was talking. It was sometimes hard to keep up with, that's all.

My doctor really pays attention to my history and my medications that I'm taking which I really like because that shows that your doctor is really interested with the patient, and she listens and she gave suggestions and how to prevent illnesses. And she is very comforting and I'm very come... comfortable telling her my medical history.

Everyone is so friendly there. From the reception desk and up… they are all very kind and attentive.

Good evening. We just waited a long, long time in the room. After the nurses done before the doctor came in, it was over an hour. It was I don't know exactly how much over an hour because we talked about it, my daughter and I are in there, is like we have been in here an hour and then sometime in the next 10 minutes, I would say she came in. So I don't know exactly but it was but would have been anywhere from an hour and 5 minutes to an hour and 10 minutes and that just felt like a long time. So that's the only thing that would be nice if the person didn't have to sit there quite so long and when there's other things that you're person needs do in town.

The experience was great, everyone was kind and courteous. Just a suggestion regarding the waiting time. Coz we have an appointment at 3:15 and we were not seen until past 4pm. Patient should be seen on their appointment time.

Dr. Jacinto is such a great doctor. She actually listens to me and talks to me without sounding like she is better than me. She is easy to communicate with, and I enjoy that.

I haven't been to the doctor in 10 years. I have so many concerns about my health and I felt so bad listing them. Dr. Rochelle as so patient with me and asked so many questions and gave me understanding on what could be going on. Glad I chose her to start this journey with.

I was kind of iffy about going. I was kind of nervous about going there to ... to that office in Frankford and then, once I got there, they made me feel right at home and the environment was very nice and clean and the people there are friendly. And the staff and everybody was just great, just 100% on target, so ... on point. So, I just ... I'm grateful for it and I recommend anyone to that facility.
