Abstract :
The food has a cultural richness recognized by several scientific areas. The historical identity of the food will be discussed from the artist Antoni Miralda's approach, namely in his private foundation "FoodCultura". A reflection on the work will address the plastic and chromatic dimensions offood. In a second moment is reflected on the performative side/artistic installation using food as a form of action and relationship with the public. A identidade historica do alimento sera discutida a partir da abordagem do artista Antoni Miralda, nomeadamente na sua fundacao privada "FoodCultura". Numa reflexao sobre a obra serao abordadas as dimensoes plasticas e cromaticas dos alimentos. Num segundo momento reflete-se sobre o lado performativo/instalacao artistica utilizando o alimento como forma de acao e de relacao com o publico.
