Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar has dealt with several ups and downs in Bollywood over the years. Due to his multiple releases in a year, the actor gained the reputation of being hardworking but also faced criticism for lacking dedication for his movies. Nonetheless, the seasoned actor is currently basking in the critical acclaim of his movie Mission Raniganj.

As per a report from Hindustan Times, Akshay was asked about his kids, Nitara and Aarav's reactions to his movies. The actor revealed that his daughter is too young to understand. However, Aarav who recently turned 21, knows how to keep it real with his father who also happens to be one of the biggest actors in Bollywood.

''Beta hai, woh jab film dekhta hai…‘Good dad I’m proud of you,' bus itna isse zayada nahi. Teenagers have very few words to say. ‘Beta kaise lagi?’…'Sorry but it’s bullsh*t Dad.' If they don’t like it, that’s where it goes,'' Akshay Kumar hilariously stated.

Earlier, Akshay Kumar had told Hindustan Times that his son Aarav is not interested in movies. The actor revealed that Aarav is currently pursuing his studies in fashion design and is least interested in watching his films.
