Popular Portuguese foot player Cristiano Ronaldo (aka CR 07) has recently made headlines for the crash of his Bugatti Veyron Vitesse worth USD 2 Million. However, the football star was not involved in the crash, and neither it was a fatal one. According to the latest reports, Ronaldo’s bodyguard was behind the wheels of the supercar. As per the reports, the incident took place on June 21 in Majorca where Ronaldo and his entire crew were residing. At the time of the crash, Ronaldo was in another car, the pictures that surfaced on the web reveal that the Bugatti Veyron hit the concrete wall on the side of the road while making a steep turn at high speed.
Furthermore, the reports also suggest that one of his bodyguards of Cristiano Ronaldo was driving the car at the time of the incident. It seems that the bodyguard left with the football star after the incident leaving the staff to deal with the authorities. Later the Veyron was reportedly taken away by a tow truck.
“The car smashed into a wall but there was only material damage with no one injured and the driver accepted full responsibility for what happened. The information about who was behind the wheel and what occurred is registered on a police database and is there for a court or officers to access if any further investigations need to be conducted,” Cartoq.com quoted a source.

The images shared on social media reveal that the supercar has got some minor scratches on the bumper and splitter. Nevertheless, the car seems to have a significant impact on the passenger side, it’s believed that the car will be repaired soon and return to the Premier League club Manchester United forward soon.
