No dan buen servicio no lo recomiendo

I've called them twice, first time the driver got there fast, insanely good driving skills, really friendly.
Second time i got my hopes up, still friendly but not as amazingly at driving.

Horrible service. Knowing this taxi driver had driving a women when he pocked us up ( looked like the street women charging for services) while taking us to our destination was a horrible feeling, disgusting. How is this right? If we are paying for a service how is this possible to get a service like this? Never again! I was looking for 0 starts btw
Please hire people that are going to dedicate to do only their job not doing nasty things while on duty. Also he looked like if he was on a hurry, not very safe....Horrible!

Called these guys to pick me up and give my family a ride to the airport. The service was professional, courteous, timely, and friendly. The driver did not know some of the fastest ways to get there (we sat idling at a lot of red lights) but I would use them again.
This was the only place in Fresno/Clovis with a good rating on Yelp. I had called a few other places before I called these guys and was astonished by the lack of professionalism! I Ordinarily I would not have called a place called "Taxi Latino" thinking they are only catered to a specific demographic, or were perhaps only interested in picking up Latino fares, especially when they answered the phone in Spanish! But my non-latinoness was not a factor and everyone spoke English so yeah-call them again next time you need a ride!

Not bad at all... :) I needed a cab in a hurry at 1 a.m., so I called this cab company. A driver arrived within 20 minutes. Although I had difficulty understanding his accent, I'm sure he had trouble with mine, too. (I'm not from America originally...) Before reaching my destination, he humored me by driving through the McDonald's late-night window and allowing me to pick up my dinner. I tipped him well. He expressed gratitude.

His car was clean (inside and outside), it had a GPS navigational aid (which he did not need), and it came with XM Radio (which I enjoyed listening to).

It's a cab ride, not a religious experience, so I try not to be too critical. Still, I wish he hadn't been on his Bluetooth earpiece and writing down the details of his next ride while driving me to my destination. It made me feel a little unsafe. However, I've seen 'civilian' drivers do much, much worse... :)

These guys are the worst! Late each of the three times I've called them. AND, this last time cost me $20 to get to the airport! I pay $12 WITH EVERYONE ELSE! Won't ever use them again!

Gosh, you'd think with proper planning like I did and an over 2 hrs. advance call they'd be at the Hilton Garden Inn waiting. Never a scant trace of any driver. I called and had asked where the cab driver was? In difficult accented English, "Oh sir, he's just a 1 1/2 - 2 mins away. Ok, I waited and still NO cab. I told
the phone person that I'd wait a couple more & then I would call some else. And, that's exactly what I did. Horrible. Liars too. Go with Yellow Cab. They were great.

Best taxi service in Fresno! Superb customer service, safe and sane driving, friendly drivers, and get you where you need to go timely, directly, and safely. What more could you ask for?

I should have listened to the other reviewers. I really wanted to give these guys a chance but honestly what can you expect from a company who calls themselves Taxi Latino. I'm not discriminating hence the reason why I called these guys but they were rude and unprofessional with apparently no comprehension of the English language. Same as the other reviewer I called well in advance for a pickup and I gave them a 45 minute leeway...45 MINUTES is more than generous. After 45 minutes I called back to find out their current whereabouts and the dispatcher actually yelled at me as if though he was doing me a favor in picking me up in their taxi service. Seriously?? If you value your time don't use these guys, they are rude, unprofessional, will lie to you that they will be there when you requested and will utterly be a complete waste of your time. I'm writing this as I await a different taxi service. Honestly, put people like this out of business, plenty of other services out there!!
