During a January 2023 appearance on The Jennifer Hudson Show, the S.W.A.T. actor announced that he is expecting his first child, but it wasn't until he posted a video of the sex reveal party the couple threw on Jan. 9 that he introduced to the public to his girlfriend Jesiree Dizon.

On Jan. 24, a rep for Moore exclusively told PEOPLE that the couple have welcomed their baby girl. "Shemar Moore and his partner, Jesiree Dizon, are happy to announce the birth of their baby girl. The family is very happy and healthy," the rep said.

Dizon is already a mother of two from previous relationships, though this is her first child with Moore — and according to the Instagram video the actor shared on his social media, she's already thinking about the potential for more.

Though details on their relationship are scarce, Dizon has been public-facing as an actress and model for many years.

On Jan. 24 2023, Moore and Dizon welcomed a baby girl named Frankie Melelina Kapule Moore.

On Father's Day 2023, Dizon celebrated Moore by sharing a video collage on Instagram of the actor spending time with their daughter.

"Daddy looks good on you 😍🥰 HAPPY FIRST FATHER’S DAY, STUD," she wrote in the caption. "We love and appreciate you more than you know ❤️."

She's a mother of two kids from previous relationships

During the couple's January 2023 baby reveal video, the couple shared their guesses, with Dizon noting she's already a mom to one of each and saying she'd be happy with a girl or a boy — even suggesting they might have more to come.
