Alicia Keys has shared a new song called “Good Job.” Keys wrote the track in 2019 with her husband Swizz Beatz, The-Dream, and Avery Chambliss. According to a press release, she initially wrote the song in tribute to the unsung heroes in her life, but it gained newfound relevance amid the global COVID-19 pandemic. Check out “Good Job” below.

“Whether you’re on the frontlines at the hospitals, balancing work, family and homeschool teaching, delivering mail, packages, or food, or facing other personal difficulties because of COVID-19, I feel you,” Keys said in the press release. “You are seen, loved and deeply appreciated.”

“Good Job” will appear on Alicia Keys’ next record ALICIA, which was set to arrive March 20 but is now postponed indefinitely. ALICIA also features “Show Me Love,” “Underdog,” and “Time Machine.” The album follows 2016’s HERE.
