Phylicia Rashad Appointed New Dean at Howard University

Students at Howard University are rejoicing after hear the good news and that is that alumna Phylicia Rashad has been appointed dean of the recently reestablished College of Fine Arts.
The former star of The Cosby Show and current star of “This Is Us” will begin her role on July 1. The esteemed actress graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s in fine arts from Howard University in 1970. Rashad is 72 years old.
