Andrew Gonzalez

Andrew Gonzalez has a diverse work experience in the education sector. Andrew currently works as the Director of School Operations at KIPP Public Schools Northern California, where they manage school-wide operations and supports the development of a restorative discipline system. Prior to this role, they worked as a Content Specialist for School Culture at the same school, where they supported various initiatives such as managing and coaching enrichment teachers, implementing affinity groups, and coordinating SST, 504, and ELPAC programs.

Before joining KIPP Public Schools, Andrew served as a Site Director for Teach For America's Summer Institute in 2018. Andrew also worked as the Dean of Students at Education for Change Public Schools from 2016 to 2018.
