Rodrigo Duarte

Rodrigo Duarte has extensive work experience in the field of software development. Rodrigo currently holds the position of Lead Software Engineer at zolar, where they started in October 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at zolar for two months from August 2021 to September 2021.

Before joining zolar, Rodrigo worked at Safety io as a Senior Software Developer from October 2020 to July 2021. Safety io is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) subsidiary of MSA The Safety Company, focused on combining safety equipment expertise with software innovation.

From 2018 to 2020, Rodrigo served as a Senior Web Engineer at lengoo | Find your translator, one of the fastest-growing startups in Germany. Rodrigo played a key role in implementing a micro-services architecture and contributed to planning, developing, and deploying the services.

Rodrigo also gained experience at MaxMilhas, a Brazilian startup, where they worked as a Software Engineer from March 2017 to October 2017. During their time at MaxMilhas, they contributed to delivering robust services and participated in the development of an award-winning Valentine's Day game.

In 2013, Rodrigo founded Infntus, a company focused on developing an ERP system called Infinity. Alongside Infinity, they provided custom software solutions to various clients and partners.

Rodrigo's earlier experiences include serving as an Interim CTO at Learncafe - Cursos online from November 2015 to January 2017, as well as working as a Software Developer at Vox Populi - Instituto De Pesquisa from August 2013 to October 2015. At Learncafe, they expanded features and solutions for students and tutors, and at Vox Populi, they gained knowledge in statistics and data visualization.

Rodrigo also worked as a Web Software Developer at Learncafe from July 2013 to August 2014 and held the position of Web Software Developer at Prevtruck from March 2013 to July 2013. In 2012, Rodrigo worked as a PHP Developer at Jota Smart Grid for a brief period from October to December.

Throughout their career, Rodrigo has demonstrated their expertise in software development, contributing to various projects and startups with their technical skills and ability to make impactful technological decisions.

Rodrigo Duarte attended Centro Universitário UNA from 2014 to the present, pursuing a degree in Análise e desenvolvimento de sistemas (Analysis and systems development) with a focus on Tecnologia da Informação (Information Technology). In October 2022, they obtained a certification in Planning and Releasing Software with Jira from LinkedIn.
