The secret to our copycat Big Mac is all about using Miracle Whip instead of mayonnaise for the special sauce. Start the copycat Big Mac by making the special sauce. In a small mixing bowl combine Miracle Whip (1/2 cup), French dressing (1 tbsp), pickle relish (2 tbsp), minced onion (2 tbsp) sugar, (1 tsp) and a pinch of salt. Next, weigh the ground beef into 2 ounce portions and the press the beef into 4 to 5 inch patties.
