The World Of Gandharvas: Unni Mukundan starrer is about the mighty Gandharva warriors

Unni Mukundan is celebrating his birthday today (Sep 22) and on the special occasion, the makers of his upcoming film ‘Gandharva Jr.’ have launched a special glimpse. The video titled ‘The World Of Gandharvas’ gives a glimpse of the mystical world of celestial warriors.
The film tells the untold story of Gandharva warriors who fought alongside the Gods, but never got the due mention.Even the Gods envied the Gandharva warriors, and hence they never made it to the scriptures or holy books.
The glimpse suggests that the fantasy action thriller will feature Unni Mukundan as the celestial warrior. The voice over of the glimpse says, “While the stories of the battles waged by the Gods in their various forms and avatars and celebrated for eternity, the saga of the Gandharva warriors, who fought alongside the Gods in those victories, remains shrouded in profound obscurity. The Gods themselves trembled at the prospect of witnessing the Gandharvas being worshiped alongside them in every realm, as the Gandharva's battle prowess, and beauty made even Gods envious. In response, the Gods purged the tales of the Gandharvas' martial valour all worlds' collective memory and history. Instead, history and the cosmos began to laud the Gandharvas solely for the exquisite beauty and enchanting music. And the time mindlessly parroted it.”
The glimpse suggests that if everything goes well in terms of making and execution, ‘Gandharva Jr.’ will certainly become the best film in Unni Mukundan’s career, and also one of the best outings from M-Town.
