Shakira has shared the complete tracklist for her upcoming album “Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran,” out March 22.

Cardi B will appear on the album’s opening track called “Puntería,” confirming the months-long rumors of an incoming collaboration between the pair of hitmakers. The album also closes with “Puntería (Vinyl Version/Spanish Version),” which appears to be a bonus track exclusively set for the vinyl configurations.

The Tejano act Grupo Frontera will appear on Track 5, another original song called “(Entre Paréntesis),” and Rauw Alejandro will appear on the unreleased “Cohete.” Tiësto has also been tapped to remix Shakira and Bizarrap’s Latin Grammy-winning “Music Sessions Vol. 53.”

The new album consists of 16 tracks, with eight songs being new and seven being previously released collaborations including chart-topping songs with Karol G (“TQG”), Rauw Alejandro (“Te Felicito”), Manuel Turizo (“Copa Vacía”), Ozuna (“Monotonía”) and Fuerza Regida (“El Jefe”).

The news of a collaboration between Cardi and Shakira started bubbling when the pair met for the first time during a fashion show in Paris last summer. “She’s just amazing. She’s just amazing. Life is so crazy, I would have never thought as a young kid that I would be meeting Shakira,” Cardi said of the encounter in a social media post. “It was incredible to meet her,” she added. “That was just a great moment.”

This will be Shakira’s first full-length LP since “El Dorado,” a 2017 release. Fans are also eagerly anticipating the announcement of an incoming tour, which like the album, would Shakira’s first in seven years.

“Making this body of work has been an alchemical process,” said Shakira in a statement about the record. “While writing each song I was rebuilding myself. While singing them, my tears transformed into diamonds, and my vulnerability into strength.”

In the last year, Shakira has been ramping up her return to music by winning song of the year and best pop song for “Music Sessions Vol. 53” at the 2023 Latin Grammy Awards. “Music Sessions Vol. 53” also became the Spanish language song with the most streams in a single day in Spotify’s history.
