FIFA 15: 10 Players Who Need Upgrading After World Cup

8. Joel Campbell €“ 74

The Costa Rican forward who has been on the Arsenal books since 2011 used the World Cup as a platform to demonstrate his dynamism as a player. The man who has been on three season long loans in three years since signing with the Gunners must surely be on Wenger€™s radar now (though it is worth mentioning that Campbell was unable to get a UK work permit for a significant amount of this time). Campbell distinguished himself as one of Costa Rica€™s best players in his first ever World Cup fixture against the daunting might of Uruguay. Far from being intimidated by playing against one of the favourites to win the whole tournament, Campbell played with a confidence and swagger which stunned the sluggish Uruguayan defensive unit. Every time he was on the ball his combination of speed and skill made Campbell look dangerous. Suspicions were proved correct when he bagged an impressive equalising goal which spurred the Costa Ricans on to win a deserved 3€“1 victory. Campbell has recently tweeted that he has left Costa Rica and is north London-bound, hoping to come to a deal which will finally see him playing in an Arsenal shirt. Suggested Rating: 79
