Georgia May Jagger is famous for her gorgeous face (it helps when Jerry Hall's your mom) and her epic, edgy looks. Naturally, when we had the chance to catch up with her at the Delete Blood Cancer DKMS Gala last night in New York, we had to find out how she pulled off her cool red-toned eye makeup. You'll never believe her secret.

The 24-year-old model and Rimmel London spokeswoman is a rule breaker when it comes to her makeup. "I'm very into wearing lipstick and lip liner as eye shadow these days," said Jagger. "The purply red color really brings out any green in your eyes. This is Rimmel London Exaggerate Full Colour Lip Liner in Under My Spell. You can smudge it over the whole lid, then do just a little bit underneath." Before you rush out to copy Jagger's look, though, we have to warn you that experts have told us it might not be the best idea. "I would not interchange [eyeliner for lip liner], since the one made specifically for eyes was formulated with pigments suitable for eye area," cosmetic chemist Joseph Cincotta said. So if you're thinking of trying this out, do it at your own risk.

Jagger also explained the appeal of her shaggy bangs and even created a new, awesome term for them that we will be using immediately. "It's gringe: grown-up fringe," said Jagger. "It was a slow cultivation. I went from having little side bits into the full thing. I have naturally curly hair so I never thought I could have a fringe, but my hair's so chemically destroyed that it actually works! The bleach keeps them straight enough." Gringe: the kind of fringe only the coolest girls have.
