I kind of want it like in the pic but I don't want it short or dyed or anything and where I can flip it...and there's no part in my hair so it can like all go foward kind of..how would o explain these to a normal hair dresser like in a better way? Cuz I don't feel like I explained it good enough.

The thing is they don't really always do exactly what you want with that hairstyle, when you're explaining it to them, try telling them you want it really choppy and layered
