HajSafi made a mistake. He should have chosen a better German team. Overall condition of a team can affect the quality of playing of each single player in that team over the long run. A weak and not coordinated team can ruins a quality player in time.

I don't think his club affords to pay him now and they most likely have no problem with a move. His contract is until June 2017.
His contract was terminated by the club and he is a Free player, apparently Esteghlal is in negotiation with him. That would be horrible, I hope it is not true.
