EXCLUSIVE: Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt share a kiss while enjoying a beach day with their sons Gunner and Ryker in Hawaii
Heidi Montag slipped into a plunging, patterned swimsuit for a beach day with her family in Hawaii on Tuesday afternoon.
The 36-year-old former MTV personality - who recently joined Kristin Cavallari in a TikTok video - savored quality time with husband Spencer Pratt and their two sons.
The longtime couple welcomed new addition Ryker in November 2022 as he joined older brother Gunner, aged five.
Heidi and Spencer shared a kiss as the happy clan took a dip into the ocean, kicking off their summer.
Heidi, who hails from Colorado, was smiling from ear to ear as she held her baby boy close.

Heidi's golden blonde locks were slicked and wet after playing in the water with her children.
She rocked a short, pale pink manicure as she kept Ryker, who looked adorable in blue swim trunks, on her hip.
For his part, Spencer wore a pair of black swim trunks with a horizontal blue and red diamond pattern going across them.
He kept a watchful eye on Gunner, who was dressed in a long-sleeved red and blue swim shirt that said 'captain of the sea.'
The youngster teamed it with a pair of navy blue swim trunks with white stripes.
Pratt, who is from Southern California, wore a long chain with a red crystal pendant around his neck. He is a collector of crystal and also sells them.
He rocked a sporty, black, waterproof watch on his left wrist while soaking up the sun with his family.
Later, the former MTV star got a workout in as he held a drink in one hand while lifting a wooden weight in the other.

Montag has taken to Instagram in recent days to share glimpses at the family vacation.
In one post shared with her one million followers, she wrote, 'Already the best trip of my life at my favorite hotel @1hotel.hanaleibay.
'So much for all of us to enjoy at this magical and sustainable hotel. Making memories left and right! Aloha.'
She uploaded several snapshots, including some in which she modeled a red bikini.
Days ago, sharing a different post, the blonde beauty gushed, 'This trip was epic! Packed with memories and family fun!'
It comes after Heidi took to the photo-sharing app earlier this month to mark Gunner's preschool graduation.
She shared a photo of her and Spencer embracing the tot as he wore a white graduation cap and smiled.
'Time is flying by! Gunner has graduated from preschool! Oh my gosh I have had so many tears of joy and reflection,' she said.

Heidi spoke to Us Weekly in December and said her infant son 'has a great temperament.'
'Parenthood this time is really different. I just think I have so much more to focus on with Gunner and with our businesses...I'm busy! It just feels very different and easier,' she explained to the publication.
She continued: '[I'm] juggling the heartstrings with Gunner and making sure I have that time with him...Mom guilt is something I'm really trying to balance.
'It's just more people to worry about constantly...I do just love Gunner and Ryker so differently, but it's equal. I just feel really whole.'
As far as he physical state since welcoming her second child, Heidi said in a TikTok post earlier this year: 'So my goal is just to get strong, to have strength.
'I fit back into my Alo [workout clothes], which is great. And now I'm going to be stronger and better than ever!'

The Uncommon James founder described Montag as her 'BFF' and 'rideordie' in the caption of the post.
The pair both appeared in the original iteration of The Hills, which premiered on MTV in May 2006.
Montag appeared in all of the show's six seasons while Cavallari joined the show as a guest at first, later signing on as a full-time cast member.
