Reviews
- This album rocks. Shirley is one of the most underrated soul singers of all time, and there’s nothing bad to say about this record
- Her first album is the all live, solid "In Action" from 1964. I was excited to finally get The Name Game album but was pretty bummed to find it's pretty much the same album as In Action. It's basically The Name Game single with the same live recordings from In Action filling the rest of the LP. At least the new reissue adds The Clapping Song.
