The couple, who are parents to their four-year-old daughter Arlo, are famously private and have only been pictured together a handful of times despite both working in the entertainment industry and having been together for a fair few years.
Earlier this year, they walked the red carpet for Brody's film Shazam!, their first red carpet appearance in over two years since the 2017 Golden Globes afterparty.
Meester and Brody married in 2014, two years after the actress' TV series ended and seven years after Brody's run in The OC came finished.
However, both shows have recently attracted some nostalgic coverage and social media attention.
Firstly, a Gossip Girl reboot was confirmed, though sadly this does not necessarily mean that original cast members Meester, Blake Lively, Penn Badgley etc will return as the new show will be set 'eight years after the original website went dark' and follow a new generation of New York private school teenagers.
While, devastatingly, an OC reboot has not yet been established we were granted some sentimental reminiscing when Rachel Bilson shared a recent photo of herself, on Instagram, running into Brody at the airport.
