I carefully inspect all of my pieces before they leave the studio. If ever an item arrives damaged, it must be reported to me immediately - within 24 hours.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES: I do not accept any package whose integrity has been compromised or shows clear signs of having been opened and resealed. Note that the only authority allowed to open the package during transit is local customs. All packages opened by local customs will be sealed with the corresponding stamp of the company.

SHIPPING: All the orders will be shipped to the shipping address supplied through your Etsy Order. Please check that this address is correct before finishing your check out. RONIBIZA Jewelry is not responsible for packages shipped to the wrong addresses. The buyer’s responsibility is to ensure that all shipping information is correct before finishing the purchase.
