Fernandez set for Swansea medical

Napoli and Argentina defender Federico Fernandez should be in Swansea tomorrow to undergo a medical.

The centre-back did not take part in today’s training session, fuelling rumours the move is practically complete.

According to Sky Sport Italia, Fernandez will fly out and be in Swansea on Thursday for a medical.

The cost of the permanent transfer is believed to be €10m (£8m).
