Kirsten Dunst and Jesse Plemons are doing everything they can to make sure 2018 is their best year yet. Not only are they planning on walking down the aisle in April, but, according to an Us Weekly source, they're also expecting their first child together sometime next year.
The Beguiled star has previously spoken about her desire to have children. In the July 2017 issue of Marie Claire UK, just a few months into her engagement, Dunst said she's ready to settle down and start a family with Plemons. "It's time to have babies and chill," she said, before adding that spending time with her baby goddaughter is what's spurred her to start putting down roots. "I wasn't one of those 'I need a baby!' people until my goddaughter was born. I love her so much. That love is just, like, you can't experience that unless you have a kid. I put her to bed last night, and she woke up this morning and said to her mom, 'Where's Kiki?' I just love that love. That's what I want."
Dunst, 35, and Plemons, 29, started dating in 2016, after starring as husband and wife on the second season of Fargo. In January of this year, Dunst was spotted wearing a big, sparkly ring on that finger, and in the months since, the actors have opened up about their low-key wedding plans, which include a small ceremony next spring in Austin, Texas, and a dress designed by Laura and Kate Mulleavy, Rodarte designers and directors of Dunst's latest film Woodshock. "I never thought I was that person who'd have a Pinterest board. I like doing all of the pinning things," Dunst said on a September episode of Live with Kelly & Ryan. "It's really fun, and because we create it together from the beginning, it's a really nice thing to do together. It's going to be so personal and fun. We're having a really good time."
