wear her school uniform! The heavy kohl-rimmed eyes and ripped clothes and layers of chains have been replaced once again by the preppy plaid of Constance Billiard. I guess father does know best and her plans to launch her own clothing line (with amazingly well-written frenemy Agyness) went bust. Or is Little J just waiting a few years until she's polished her sewing skills and can still become a style wunderkind? After all, even the Proenza boys had passed 21 when they hit it big...what do you guys think?
