HD Aerocharger Turbo System

I like my Aerocharger on the left front of my FXR as no-one realises its even there. Its out of the way so heat is not too much of an issue and i can still have a pillion on the back.
I do not like the new manaifold chamber at all. You should try and keep it looking a little like a stock harley or an S&S teardrop, but the one the bike above is just plain wrong. I'm sure it may tick the box for volumetric capacity etc, but asthetically it does not spin my wheels. I modded a stock harley cover to fir over my Aerocharger cover and its the bees knees!
Next stage is a set of reverse cone mufflers on the Aerocharger outlet to give it that sexy 2-2 look back.

Got it on the dyno at Rawhide Harley in Olathe KS this week. We had already dyno'd the same bike stock, so we have those numbers to compare against.
8 psi boost, 91 octane pump gas, a basic tune, and absolutely no mods besides the Aerocharger system got us this at the wheel:
STOCK: 69 hp 86 ft-lbf torque
AEROCHARGED: 125 hp 137 ft-lbf torque
Very stoked on these numbers, will post the graph soon.
