Lepidium virginicum L.

15-60 cm hoch, oben meist verzweigt. Stängel und Äste mit kurzen, in alle Richtungen gekrümmten Haaren. Untere Blätter verkehrt-eiförmig bis lanzettlich, gestielt, gezähnt oder fiederteilig, obere lineal-lanzettlich, gezähnt. Kronblätter weiss, 1-1,5 mm lang, länger als die Kelchblätter. Schötchen flach, +/- kreisrund, 2,5-3,5 mm breit, vorn mit flügelartigem Rand, deutlich ausgerandet, Stiele etwa so lang wie die Schötchen. Samen bis 0,2 mm breit flügelartig berandet.
