Mega producer Todd was the first great love of her life! Todd was the initiator of Taylor's outstanding jewelry collection, presenting her with a 29-carat diamond ring during their marriage. He died tragically in a plane crash. They had one daughter, Elizabeth Frances "Liza" Todd.

Details: The destination was Vegas for Taylor and Fisher's wedding at a local synagogue. Taylor took a fashion gamble choosing a green silk hooded dress for this occasion. "It was a typical two-rabbi Jewish ceremony," Fisher wrote in his autobiography Been There, Done That. "As usual, Elizabeth was late for her own wedding."

In a much talked-about romance, Taylor married Fisher less than a year after Todd was killed.

Details: True to the '60s, Taylor wore a floral wreath made with Roman hyacinths and Lily of the Valley flowers and a babydoll dress to her March wedding. The yellow chiffon dress was designed by Irene Sharaff, the costume designer who worked on Cleopatra.

Taylor met the second great love of her life on set while filming Cleopatra. It was the most expensive movie of all time but their romance overshadowed the price tag.
