Dusty Miller is a native to the Mediterranean region growing to 0. 5–1 m tall. The leaves are pinnate or pinnatifid, 5–15 cm long and 3–7 cm broad, with and like the stems, covered with long, thinly to thickly matted with grey-white to white hairs.
