Don't sit for long. It can kill! Sitting hurts and how! The whole of last week and pretty much this one I have been conducting marathon virtual training sessions. I feel we need to change the way we work, especially in the post-Covid mad virtual world. Sitting is the new smoking - and it can kill! Let's: 1. Get on the phone (audio) more; reduce virtual meetings 2. Get a standing desk at office and at home if space permits. 3. Take five min breaks every hour. 4. Move around as much as we can. 5. Establish (time) boundaries for virtual calls. 6. Have no-calls days. 7. Have walking meetings. And yes, go through the infographic. It will help! #brandwithsonali #wellbeingatwork #healthylifestyle
