UFC at UFC Vegas 77 will see Holly Holm and Mayra Bueno Silva as the main event of UFC's next big fight night.

Holm (15-6-0), who is 41, recently signed a new six-fight deal with UFC, shutting down rumors of an inminent retirement.

For this next event, the American fighter will face Mayra Bueno Silva (10-2-1) who was supposed to battle Miesha Tate at the UFC Vegas 74 event. Her fight ended up being canceled after Tate suffered a hand injury while training.

Talkng to UFC.com about the upcoming fight, Bueno Silva confessed this is the biggest fight of her up-and-coming career. She also admited that Holly Holm has the potental of stopping her: "I think Holly is definitely the toughest fight of my career. And I also think she's the toughest fight in this division due to her unorthodox game. She's unpredictable... if there's anyone that can stop me, that's Holly Holm. But she won't stop me."
