David Beckham has reportedly won the legal battle against online sellers who flogged fake versions of his designer products.

The 48-year-old football star has his name plastered on many products, including clothing, fragrances, accessories, eyewear, video games and more. David is also the director of DB Ventures which was said to be seeking up to £1.6million from 150 sellers - who have been profiting from the sales of counterfeit products.

Fake products were apparently sold on the likes of Amazon, eBay, and Etsy by individuals mostly based in Asia. "Their sale poses a real threat to DBV’s brand, and affects the sustainability of its business," the complaint said. "It also affects individuals and companies who unwittingly purchase them."

Over three months on from starting legal proceedings, Beckham's firm has reportedly now won the case. The judge is said to have made a permanent injunction and asset freeze and granted the firm's motion for a default judgment against 44 of the defendants — awarding £8,000 for each infringement.

However, as reported by The Sun, Beckham's firm was seeking £240million but was awarded a total of £352,000. The counterfeit sellers will have to stop selling and give up their profits. The outlet says DBV even hired trademark specialists The Sladkus Law Group to stop the dodgy sales.

As shared in the filing, partner Jeffrey Sladkus said tracking the websites was difficult due to the lack of information. He added that legal threats were the best way to stop their sales. Mirror Online has contacted Beckham's reps for comment.

A few days ago, David took to social media to praise his daughter Harper Seven. In a recent post, David shared a black-and-white photo of Harper sitting on his lap. The duo were all dressed up for an event and looked happy as they smiled for the camera. In the caption, he wrote: "My little girl is growing up [face holding back tears emoji]. He then added "boys get ready" before tagging his three sons Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz alongside a boxing glove emoji.

He then turned his attention to wife Victoria, tagging her in the post and writing "Good job mama". Fans were obsessed with their close relationship and rushed to the comment section to praise the father-daughter duo. One user said: "You seem to have a beautiful relationship, good job Dad!" while another fan of David commented on the post: "Like father like daughter cute photo!"

"One thing about you and Victoria: You made 4 absolutely beautiful children!" one person added.
