Oklahoma native Alfre Woodard appearing Wednesday on ‘The Talk’

Tulsa native and four-time Emmy Award winner Alfre Woodard will appear on Wednesday’s episode of the daytime show “The Talk,” which airs from 1 to 2 p.m. weekdays on CBS.

As previously reported, Woodard, who was recognized as an Oklahoma Film Icon Award winner at last month’s deadCenter Film Festival, stars in the Marvel series “Luke Cage,” which recently bowed its second season on Netflix. Actress Beth Behrs (CBS’ “The Neighborhood”) will be the guest co-host of Wednesday’s “The Talk,” while chef Adam Perry Lang discusses his new book “Serious Barbeque” and grills up dishes for Fourth of July.
