We will have the whole morning going around the Lagoon and stopping at the main attractions such as: São Francisco de Assis Church, Pampulha Art Museum, Casa de Baile, Casa Kubitschek Museum, Bandeirantes Lookout, Lagoa Dam.

Join us for an enlightening exploration of Pampulha Lagoon’s edge, alongside a skilled Biologist who is an expert in bird and wildlife spotting. Despite Pampulha’s location within a city of over 2,500,000 people, it maintains a diverse range of fauna such as herons, capybaras, alligators, otters, toucans, shellfish, and hummingbirds. We have even seen macaws soaring through the sky of Pampulha, a leisure spot conceptualized by the late Juscelino Kubitschek in the 1940s. Following a hearty lunch, we’ll venture to the south-central part of the Capital Mineira for a stroll. We’ll pause for photos at the Pope’s Square, before proceeding to Praça da Liberdade and Memorial da Vale. Our explorations will also extend to the Abílio Barreto Historical Museum, which houses the old + house of BH, formerly the Fazenda do Leitão’s headquarters from 1883. We’ll conclude our day with a visit to the city’s renowned, the third-best market globally.
