Where to Try Reformer Pilates in and Around Philadelphia

The ultimate guide to Philly-area studios offering group and private reformer Pilates classes.

Pilates can involve various equipment, and one we (and so many others!) love is the reformer. The machine — which features a sliding carriage, multiple springs to increase resistance, ropes/cords, pulleys, and sometimes a jump board — provides a low-impact, yet intense full-body workout. Not only does the reformer fire up all your muscle groups, but it can improve core stabilization, overall posture and strength, balance, flexibility, and more.

If you’re looking for a slow burn that’ll tone your muscles like no other, check out these Philly-area studios offering private, semi-private and small-group reformer Pilates classes.
