Due to unprecedented times, I am currently providing services via telehealth in the entire state of California. I am a firm believer in the Whole Person Wellness that is why for the past 6 years I have been developed a holistic and integrative approach to therapy and healing. As a LatinX, & Indigenous bilingual therapist, I bring over 10 years of diverse background in Mental Health and wellness management, infusing an eclectic approach to help treat individuals experiencing, but not limited to; depression, anxiety, complex trauma, Military Service Members/Veterans, cultural issues, Grief & Loss and Spiritual Awakening.
Because therapy is not a one-size fits all, my approach is to help guide my clients navigate their unique healing journey with a tailored approach. Utilizing such therapeutic approaches and EBP, such as EMDR, CBT, Mindfulness, TF-CBT, Healing Touch, Aromatherapy & Sound Healing Therapy, the individual gains long lasting meaningful and healing insight.
