Many of my clients feel like they have forgotten how to relax or enjoy themselves, despite achieving their goals. My goal is to help you restore what feels lost and quiet the relentless voice of self-criticism.

My counseling approach is compassionate and relational, tailored to the individual client. I primarily practice using depth therapy modalities, in conjunction with narrative, solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral techniques to provide you with actionable strategies for change.
