As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I am holistically-minded and believe relationships are a source of healing, whether that's a relationship with a sibling, parent, friend, significant other, yourself, or a spiritual being. I look at problems in the context of the whole person and what matters most to you.
I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families with anxiety, depression, parenting and marital issues, pre-marital preparation, grief, trauma, life transitions, scrupulosity, and more. As a Christian, I offer faith-based services if desired. I offer a variety of therapeutic interventions tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.
