Even if the first thing you notice about Rachelle Lefevre is her vibrant mane of glowing red hair, it won't take long til you catch yourself admiring her dynamite figure! The actress, whose show Under the Dome premieres on Monday, leaves quite an impression on the red carpet, from glorious head to tiny toe. "Rachelle's tall and lean," says her trainer Christopher Slevin of Sweat Garage. "She has all the curves in all the right places!"

One of her go-to full-body strengtheners? The Thruster, a type of weighted squat. Squats are challenging, but more fun to do when dumbbells join the party, says Slevin. (We'll pretend we agree!) If the thought of carrying that extra load sounds tough, just look to Lefevre's super positive attitude ("She gives 120%!") for inspiration. "She has long, lean legs and a firm booty that are a result of hard work and lots of squats," says the trainer. Sounds like a pretty fair trade to us!

Stand with weights in hand, up by your shoulders like you're at the the top of a bicep curl. Point legs out slightly and stand with feet shoulder width. While holding that position, bring most of your body weight into your heels. Hinge at the waist and bring your body weight back, making the motion of sitting down down, ensuring that your knees don't shoot forward, as shown. You want to bring your hips or waist down to the height of your knees. Push up out of that squat and continue raising your arms straight above your head. Make sure your heels don't come off the floor and put too much pressure on the knee joint.
