Good morning, Upper East Siders! Gossip Girl here, and have we got a juicy pic for you today. Blair Waldorf was recently spotted in the company of the one and only Georgina Sparks — and it appears these two master schemers have finally buried the hatchet for good.
OK, so Gossip Girl, the all-knowing entity, isn’t real and the show has been off the air since 2012, but the spirit of the show is alive and well, especially for its cast. Michelle Trachtenberg, aka Georgina Sparks, recently hung out with Leighton Meester, aka Blair Waldorf the Queen B, and there are photos to prove it.
Michelle posted a pic of herself and Leighton all dressed up to Instagram, writing, “Spotted. Ms. Waldorf and Ms. Sparks. In the ballroom. With secrets. I’ll never tell. Xoxo.” It appears the duo were at a murder mystery–themed bachelorette party, which seems like something that would definitely happen on an episode of GG. Honestly, we’re kind of surprised it never did!
Michelle wore an elaborate peacock feather hat while Leighton did a ’20s-inspired look with some beads around her head. Oh, if Gossip Girl could see them now. Though Blair and Georgina were often at odds in the show, considering they both had major skills for stirring up drama, it looks like Leighton and Michelle themselves are still pals seven years after the finale.

This isn’t the first GG reunion Michelle has orchestrated in recent weeks: During Oscar season, she snapped a pic with Chace Crawford, otherwise known as the golden boy Nate Archibald.
So, who’s next on Michelle’s list of costars to reunite with? Penn Badgley, aka Dan Humphrey, is busy shooting You season two for Netflix, while Blake Lively seems to be at work on a few movies. Michelle, if you’re reading this, we’ll take a pic with anyone from the GG cast, but we’d really like to see you reunite with Blair’s stepdad Cyrus Rose, the legendary character actor Wallace Shawn, if you can. Two Gossip Girl reunions are not enough!
