Current Responsibilities

Mr. Schuch provides technical engineering expertise and operational support to all internal business units. Business units include all Jones Lang LaSalle property management personnel as well as (Tenant Representation, Capital Markets, Project Development, and Investor Services) as required. Mr. Schuch provides technical expertise and support to new business initiatives and has a major role in the development and implementation of our Best Practice programs for Office Property Management. Mr. Schuch has developed a working relationship with local unions, which has allowed for the recruiting and retention of quality engineering personnel. He was in involved in the creation and development of Commissioning and Retrocommisioning Processes and Best Practices. Mr. Schuch is also responsible for identifying and implementing technologically superior solutions to all property operations.

Experience

During his 42 years with Jones Lang LaSalle, Mr. Schuch has held a variety of positions. He has filled the role of regional engineer, chief engineer, operations manager, and construction manager (retail, capital, and tenant improvement) for several properties within the Chicago market. He has extensive operating and management experience, implementing systems and procedures that have maximized operating efficiencies and created long term-value for clients.

Education and Affiliations

Mr. Schuch is a licensed Stationary Engineer in the city of Chicago. He has also attended numerous engineering-related courses at the University of Wisconsin and National Association of Power Engineers (NAPE).
