So, just how does Marisa stay in such great shape? She told Vogue back in 2017 that she takes an inside-out approach to wellness. "By that, I mean what you put into you body is even more crucial than what you’re doing in terms of your exterior."

"What I eat and how I connect with my body feed my external," she explained. "I listen to what my body wants me to do and follow suit," Marisa added.

She also likes to meditate—but not the way you're probably imagining. "Moving meditation, like dance meditation, makes me feel at home in my skin," Marisa said. "It helps me on a spiritual, mental, and, ultimately, physical level."

As far as breaking a sweat goes, Marisa enjoys hiking, calisthenics, and the occasional yoga session. And, when she feels like she needs a reset, she heads to the infrared sauna.

"It heats up the body from the inside out, so I get a lot of energy afterward and I feel so light," The King of Staten Island star shared. "It gets rid of any poisons, especially if I had to take medicine or had a lot of sugar or alcohol."

Food-wise, Marisa fills her diet with fresh produce. "I try to eat seasonal, local, and organic foods as much as possible, almost all the time," she told Vogue.

She's also quite the chef, whipping up plenty of meals at home. Her go-to breakfast is usually eggs, sometimes with avocado or quinoa, according to New York Magazine. Lunch varies since Marisa is on the go a lot. And for dinner, she'll make salmon with a side of fennel salad or lamb with potatoes.

"A lot of times, also, I just eat one big meal and little things throughout the day, or I’ll eat like a bird for a few days and then a giant meal. A feast on the fifth day," she explained.

Sometimes, it's all about treating yourself. And that, I can totally get behind!
