Leicester City have completed the signing of forward Ahmed Musa, who will move to the King Power Stadium from CSKA Moscow after agreeing a four-year contract with the Premier League champions.

Leicester announced the transfer on Friday, with Musa moving to the English top flight after four years in Russia's capital, where he scored 54 goals in 168 appearances, per Transfermarkt.

BBC Sport's Oluwashina Okeleji reported earlier in July that Musa had turned down approaches from Southampton, Everton and West Ham United to join the Foxes, and CSKA coach Leonid Slutsky confirmed his star's departure: "If you look at the way things are done over there, you'll see he is a player just made for English football."

Musa is regarded as one on Nigeria's brightest prospects and has already earned 58 caps for his country despite being just 23 years of age.

The forward has won three Russian Premier League crowns during his four-and-a-half-year tenure in Moscow, as well as clinching the Russian Cup in 2013 and back-to-back Russian Super Cups in 2013 and 2014.

Before the move was confirmed, the Leicester Mercury's Rob Tanner reported that manager Claudio Ranieri's side would be paying £16.6 million for the attacker, who netted 18 goals in 44 appearances last season.

Musa brings UEFA Champions League experience to the King Power and will provide Leicester with a versatile asset in attack as they enter Europe's top contest, where he can play up front or on either wing.
