This place is never open. They close at 4pm. I arrived at 3:00, the doors were locked. There's a sign to knock, which I did but nobody answered. I called and nobody picked up the phone. How do they expect to make money if they are never open. Don't wast your time.

Please update your hours. I just stopped by and it's closed. I need some equipment and will be going else where now.

Absolutely never have problems with customer service here! In fact, that is what brought us together in the first place. A stressed out (former) supplier kept promising dates that couldn't happen which makes things worse for a restaurant just opening their doors! Unlike a 7/11 they are a specialized supplier catering to food service professionals (and anyone who walks in their door)!

Walked in. 2 workers chatting it up. Never asked me if I needed help. I had called and asked if they had something in stock... And asked if it was available on the floor or if I had to ask for it when I arrived. They said yes (on the floor), but when I got there, it wasn't in stock. Spot was empty. Walked out.

Nice people - tons of items, I needed a simple two-lamp heat lamp in a hurry & they had one in stock. I will definitely return whenever I need anything else

Called and asked for 3 basic kitchen items (spatula, tongs, sheath) and was told they'd have it all. Went in 20 minutes later to find out the employee was wrong, they had NO KITCHEN ESSENTIALS and when I mentioned my call to the manager said she was too busy to take a complaint at that time.

Really bad service, the short guy who seem to me to be the owner promised to have my order in a couple of days and turned out to be 3 weeks, called him many times he seem distracted or wouldn't be available. I don't think I will be doing any shopping there any more.
