After not going out on New Years Eve and waking up fresh as a daisy on January 1st, I decided to snag a cigar and take a walk through Lower Manhattan. Cigars ARE a healthy alternative to cigarettes, don't let the mainstream media fool you... you won't catch me with a vape though I'm a grown ass man lol.
Halfway through my cigar, the headrush starting to rattle my prefrontal cortex, I stumbled upon this "park." I guess we are using the word "park" as loosely as we are using the term "GOAT" now lol.
This triangular "park" probably spans 500 ft in total surface area as it is essentially just a small intersection of 6th Ave and W Broadway. I'd take my estimate with a grain of salt though as Pythagoras had my number in high school geometry aahaahaha.
I sat here ripping my cigar on one of the many open benches enjoying the architecture in the skyline, as the Jenga building stands tall watching over the "park." I think if I didn't have severe hyperhidrosis of the hands I would have been an architect. Seems like such an enriching profession, just seeing your work go from drafts on paper to actual buildings must be a beautiful feeling.
In my humble and holier-than-thou opinion, staying in on New Years is a life hack and will be a chapter in the book I will continue to draft but never finish. I'd rather not pay $200 to get into an overrun hotel bar and wait 30 minutes for a watered down tequila soda. Thanks though.
HAPPY 2024 Y'ALL LET'S GET THIS BREAD!

I used to eat my lunch in this small park and I love it.
It used to frame the twin towers nicely, and I would just sit there and gaze at them. The new look, south, down that street, you can't even see the new tower, so it's bitter sweet.
Again, a LOT of car traffic surrounding this park, so if that bothers you, you might want to search for a quieter place, but for me, it seethes the city.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - May 7, 2018
Tribeca Park is small compared to others in the city. It's really just a spot in the middle of an intersection. The intersection is Broadway though. A nice area. There's lots of things around it.
It's located in the middle of Broadway. It usually doesn't have too much going on inside. The attractions around it are what make it a good visit. It's a nice neighborhood to walk around. There's lots of places to eat and shop. It's a good place for a sit. There's usually some kind of art work.
It's located near a subway line. It's easy to get to other areas of Manhattan from here. The park is useful for resting.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Sep 3, 2012First to Review
A small park that intersects Broadway into Chinatown, SoHo forming TriBeCa.
It also contains Greenstreets at a busy intersection traffic which enable pedestrians to put the brakes on life to intake the day.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Fallopia T.Manhattan, NY4957471270Feb 20, 2014
This vest-pocket park is a welcome breath of fresh air downtown. On a cold winter's day, it's much less inviting to sit down and rest a bit, but on a warm day there's plenty of seating, and people-watching opportunities abound.

This park i would like to say is in the heart of tribeca, pass through this park everyday going to work. The park is small with people enjoying the weather, eating their lunch and simple just relaxing. I sometimes sit on the benches just to relax if i am early for work. there is a bear made out of, i would like to say garbage bags in the middle of the small park. good place to relax, meet with friends/co-workers.

Loved it!!! Gorgeous inside, perfect vibe and everyone who works here is the coolest. No snobbery here, just great unassuming service. And Bumble and Bumble products - woohoo! Michelle was my gal and she did my hair to perfection. Just what I asked for. I love this place !!
