Richarlison spoke about a hypothetical World Cup final against Germany or Argentina.

The Brazilian has once more spoken about the Argentina national team. After being interviewed by ESPN earlier in the month and commenting on Argentina, Lionel Messi and the Copa America, the Everton striker gave his views on a hypothetical World Cup final. Speaking with TNT Sports, here is what he had to say:

“I would prefer Germany in the World Cup final over Argentina. The Argentine is a half cheat and we know how they are when they are winning, no? I prefer Germany, who knows if we will beat them.”

  1. Back to Lo Celso. I think it’s fine that he’s playing as a second striker in a 4-4-2. This is essentially the same position (albeit in a 3-5-2) where he played under Quique Setien at Betis. It gives him a certain amount of freedom to roam everywhere so that he still utilizes his strengths. He can drop as deep as he wants to get the ball and connect with his teammates. I would argue it’s way better for him to play there than as a left midfielder or right midfielder, something he had been asked to do in the past.

  2. These bloody Brazilians have that 5 cup excuses and arguments against all especially against us. It’s been frustrating. Even if Argentina achieves all except the wc this frustration will get continued. It’s high time to shut these Brazilians. We have the players this time, we have the coach. We lacks the luck in the past. But I am sure this time the luck favours us coz Diego from the heaven is praying for Argentina.

    • Who cares, that’s Barca fans claiming they’re currently still better than City because they got 5 CL titles while City has zero… or it would be like today’s AC Milan claiming they’re still better than Liverpool or Bayern Munich cause they have more CL.

Having great achievement in the past is great but we continue to lives in present.

  3. I think there was a conspiracy theory behind the game of Brazil Argentina. Brazil had more players in the EPL than Argentina, but what they had in EPL were not as impactful players as the Argentina ones.

I mean they had Thiago Silva, Douglas Luiz, and the starting goalies in EPL and Richarlison, but Argentina have the second and third most important players on the team (after Messi) named Emi Martinez and Cuti. In other words Brazil know that without their 2 starting goalies and Thiago Silva Brazil suffer less damage than Argentina without both Emi and Cuti.

So they were hoping Argentina would play them in their territory without Cuti and Emi and they would be without Ederson, Allisson, Thiago Silva, and Richarlison.

But when Argentina still brought all 4 EPL based players to Brazil, they know they were fucked because they know they would stand no chance. That’s why they ruined the game before it became a real embarrassing loss part 2 at home.

    • For me the most difficult team to beat will be France and I hope in the WC draw in April, we would avoid them until the final.

The reason is France is super balanced offensively and defensively. They play counter attack football and they have Mbappe. We know how it turned out when we watched Mbappe vs Tagliafico. If he moves to the left, our only hope to neutralize him is Montiel. But Mbappe is 2 times more dangerous than Neymar.

  4. “The Argentine is a half cheat and we know how they are when they are winning, no?”
CHEAT he said, Cheat?? you mother fuckers are the epitome of cheaters and cheating, you fake-blond twat you.

    • The irony is huge on that statement. Argentina cheated in WC but its against England, not Brazil. Brazil cheated against Argentina in Copa 1995. So while we have history of cheating against England, Brazil had history of cheating against Argentina, not the other way around.
