Ousmane Dembélé not going anywhere - report

Sources close to the winger are said to deny any desire to leave

Rumors have been swirling that Ousmane Dembélé may ask to leave FC Barcelona, but a new report in Mundo Deportivo denies it. The winger is fresh off yet another big goal in FC Barcelona’s 1-1 draw with Atlético Madrid.

There was gossip that Dembélé had asked his club to agree to auction him off to the highest bidder, with Paris Saint-Germain (in a part exchange for Neymar) mentioned as a possible partner.

But it seems the young forward wants to continue to grow at Barça, and for the moment it seems the club does not want to let him go, either.

Dembélé has been the subject of scrutiny regarding his alleged lack of professionalism, but his teammates and coach continued to say in public that they expected a lot from him this season and that they would continue offering him support. He has also been boosted by recognition for his clutch contributions on the pitch,
