Manchester City have made three changes to the side that beat Crystal Palace 3-0 last weekend with a vastly changed defence looking to keep out the West Brom attack.

Despite missing all three of their first-team strikers in the form of Sergio Aguero, Edin Dzeko and Stevan Jovetic, City were able to put three goals past the Eagles last time out with James Milner playing in a false-nine role.

Milner remains in attack, with Bacary Sagna and Aleksandar Kolarov replacing Pablo Zabaleta and Gael Clichy respectably. Fernando replaces Fernandinho in the only other change, while Jovetic has recovered enough to take a place on the substitutes' bench.

West Brom manager Alan Irvine makes two changes with Youssouf Mulumbu and Saido Berahino returning to the side in place of Gareth McAuley and Brown Ideye.

Ideye drops to the bench having failed to fire in the 3-2 defeat to Queens Park Rangers last time out, but Silvestre Varela continues after finding the back of the net.
