Raúl Albiol in Naples for a medical

Napoli President, Aurelio De Laurentiis, confirmed this Wednesday that Raúl Albiol is in the Italian city of Naples awaiting a medical ahead of a transfer. The Real Madrid defender should become a Napoli player in the next few hours.

The defender will therefore become the second player to make the move from the Bernabeu to Napoli this summer after his colleague José Callejón also signed for Rafa Benítez's team. Napoli will pay around ¤12 million for the player.
