    Genzebe Dibaba Keneni (Amharic: ገንዘቤ ዲባባ ቀነኒ; born 8 February 1991) is an Ethiopian middle- and long-distance runner. She won the gold medal in the 1500 m at the Beijing World Championships and a silver medal in the 1500 meters at the 2016 Olympics. Genzebe is the current world record holder for the 1500 m (both indoor and outdoor), the indoor 3000 m, the indoor 5000 m, and the indoor mile. Her 2000 m indoor world's best time is the absolute world record, as it is faster than the previous outdoor mark. Genzebe was the 2012 World Indoor Champion for the 1500 m and the 2014 World Indoor Champion and World Indoor Record Holder in the 3000 m. She represented Ethiopia at the 2012 and 2016 Summer Olympics and has competed at the World Championships in Athletics on five occasions. She was highly successful as a junior (under-20) athlete, having won two junior world cross country titles and one world junior 5000 m gold medal. She was named Laureus Sportswoman of the Year for 2014 and IAAF World Athlete of the Year in 2015.

    Alex Sandro Lobo Silva (born 26 January 1991) is a Brazilian professional footballer who plays as a left-back for Serie A club Juventus and the Brazil national team. At club level, Alex Sandro began his career with Atletico Paranaense, and later also played for Santos on loan. In 2011, he joined Porto for €9.6 million, alongside teammate and countryman Danilo, who plays as a right back. He joined Juventus in 2015, winning the domestic double in his first three seasons, followed by two more consecutive league titles over the following two years. At international level, Alex Sandro represents Brazil, for which he has gained 30 caps. At youth level, he also represented the Brazil under-20 team, winning both the South American Youth Championship and the FIFA U-20 World Cup in 2011, He was later also part of the Brazil squad that won the 2019 Copa América.

She became the first General Director (総監督, sōkantoku) of AKB48 and its sister groups. In an interview with Nippon Television in June 2010, AKB48 producer Yasushi Akimoto described her as the "eldest daughter of the 48 sisters". She is also regarded as "soul of AKB", and her motto "working hard would be paid" has inspired many members of AKB48. She is commonly part of the main lineup for the AKB48 singles. She is a member of the AKB48 sub-group no3b, along with AKB48 member Minami Minegishi and ex-member Haruna Kojima.

Having turned professional in December 2005, she has won 12 WTA singles titles, her biggest coming at Premier-level tournaments, the Open GDF Suez and the Kremlin Cup, both in 2014. She achieved a career-high ranking of world No. 13 on 4 July 2011 and as of 1 April 2019, she is ranked world No. 33. Since making her top-50 debut in November 2008, Pavlyuchenkova has never dropped out of the top-50 rankings, for more than ten years running now. She is a five-time Grand Slam quarterfinalist, having reached that stage at the 2011 French Open, the 2011 US Open, the 2016 Wimbledon Championships, the 2017 and 2019 Australian Opens. Pavlyuchenkova has enjoyed significant success in doubles as well, achieving a career-high ranking of No. 21 on 16 September 2013, reaching the quarterfinals at all four Grand Slams (at the Australian Open in 2013, the French Open in 2013, Wimbledon in 2014, and the US Open in 2015 and 2018) as well as winning five titles in the discipline, her biggest title coming at the 2013 Madrid Open where she partnered Lucie Šafářová.

Having made his Continental Cup debut in July 2006, his best result is the victory from Velenje in July 2008. He won a gold medal in the team competition at the 2008 Junior World Ski Championships. He made his World Cup debut in February 2007 in Titisee-Neustadt, and collected his first World Cup points with a 29th place in Klingenthal in February 2007.He was born in Balingen, but hails from Hossingen. His brother Patrick competed in the Continental Cup. In 2011, in a ski flying training in Planica he lost control in flight and crashed badly into the hill. He injured his left shoulder, but he is said to be alright in May 2011.
